Meet Our Founder
Urvasi Chetty
Urvasi Chetty, better known as Vase, is the founder and managing director of AUM Consulting. With more than 25 years of experience spanning physiotherapy, leadership, healthcare operations, and executive coaching, she brings both clinical expertise and business acumen to her work.
Her career began as a physiotherapist in 1999, later expanding into management and leadership roles across healthcare systems both locally South Africa and internationally. These experiences highlighted the importance of balance, purpose, and clarity—values that continue to guide her work today.
To strengthen her expertise, Urvasi completed further training in coaching, mentoring, practice management, and business leadership. She completed her MBA in 2020 and is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration, with research focused on the impact of digital transformation in healthcare operations.
At the heart of her work is a belief that empowerment leads to transformation. By combining professional knowledge with personal insight, she helps leaders, teams, and organisations unlock their potential and walk confidently in the direction of their goals.
